Stuck inside the airport with only a coffee shop open. Still not seeing a rep everyone now including children and disabled people left in limbo. Our voucher came through at 22:00 after several people including myself contacted Tui to ask where our voucher was. At 19:30 they were given a voucher for food and at 22:30 they were taken to hotels for the night. Jet2 passengers were kept informed rep on hand talking to passengers. Spoke to Swiss Port who I was told were our Tui contact not interested just laughing and joking talking to each other not interested in the several hundred people whose flights were delayed. Sitting in the airport in Lanzarote since 17:00 12.3.23 not seeing a Tui rep to advise us on our delayed flight back to East Midlands. If anyone reading this wants a guide to just how Trip Advisor allows fraud, click on this pub, then this fake review, and look at his profile, then click on his other 22 reviews! ALL are the same few lines, praising cost, staff and deals, and all the pubs, every 20 if them, are owned by Stonegate Group! I have reported every review this Area Manager has written for his own company, fraudulently, and all Trip Advisor did was block my review, saying that the pub is out of touch with its own community, charges too much, and is part and parcel of its own review system, which is against guidelines! If Trip Advisor does this, to a little pub in a sleepy Norfolk, UK town, and treats those who attemtpt to expose the sham, then just imagine how they allow big hotel chains to cheat, lie and use us all! Trip Advisor is not fit for purpose, and allows fraud, EVEN WHEN IT KNOWS about it! It was taken over by Stonegate, and what used to be a handy, seaside local pub, has been turned into an expensive rip-off catering for out of town people, and tourists, There is a new review there, by someone called Nick H, and it is so suspicious, as it states, quote, ''Amazing pub, great views, great food, great drinks deals. The fakes are Trip Advisor, who promote their own fraud! I have been trying to expose a fake reviewer in the UK, who has left 22 reviews, in an account clearly opened to promote one company, which is called Stonegate Group, who own around 220 pubs in the UK.
